class=\"eplus-wrapper wp-block-paragraph\">This Refund \/ Warranty Policy applies to the products and services provided by Marcus Battery Delivery, a service by Marcus Autoparts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading eplus-wrapper\">Warranty Coverage<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"eplus-wrapper wp-block-paragraph\">Warranty coverage for batteries supplied by us is subject to the terms and conditions of the respective battery brand, manufacturer, importer, distributor, or supplier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"eplus-wrapper wp-block-paragraph\">Unless otherwise stated, the general warranty terms are as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list eplus-wrapper eplus-styles-uid-28a479\">\n<li class=\"eplus-wrapper\">12 months or 20,000 km mileage warranty for petrol passenger vehicles<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"eplus-wrapper\">6 months or 20,000 km mileage warranty for diesel or commercial vehicles<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<p class=\"eplus-wrapper wp-block-paragraph\">Whichever comes first shall apply to the applicable warranty period or mileage limit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"eplus-wrapper wp-block-paragraph\">Warranty periods may vary depending on the battery brand, battery model, vehicle application, and applicable supplier policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading eplus-wrapper\">Scope of Warranty<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"eplus-wrapper wp-block-paragraph\">Warranty generally covers manufacturing defects, subject to inspection, testing, and approval by the relevant supplier or manufacturer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"eplus-wrapper wp-block-paragraph\">Warranty does not automatically apply to all battery-related complaints without proper inspection or assessment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading eplus-wrapper\">Exclusions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"eplus-wrapper wp-block-paragraph\">Warranty does not cover issues arising from or related to:<\/p>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list eplus-wrapper eplus-styles-uid-cf5064\">\n<li class=\"eplus-wrapper\">alternator faults<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"eplus-wrapper\">starter motor faults<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"eplus-wrapper\">wiring or electrical system problems<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"eplus-wrapper\">incorrect vehicle application<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"eplus-wrapper\">overcharging or undercharging<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"eplus-wrapper\">deep discharge due to prolonged parking or leaving lights or devices on<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"eplus-wrapper\">misuse, neglect, accident, impact, water damage, fire, or flood<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"eplus-wrapper\">unauthorised repair, tampering, or modification<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"eplus-wrapper\">normal wear and tear<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"eplus-wrapper\">faults unrelated to the supplied battery<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading eplus-wrapper\">Warranty Claims<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"eplus-wrapper wp-block-paragraph\">To make a warranty claim, customers must provide reasonable proof of purchase, service details, and battery information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"eplus-wrapper wp-block-paragraph\">The battery may need to be inspected, tested, or referred to the relevant supplier or manufacturer before any claim can be assessed or approved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading eplus-wrapper\">Service and Call-Out Charges<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"eplus-wrapper wp-block-paragraph\">Unless otherwise stated, warranty coverage may apply only to the battery unit and does not automatically include transport, labour, inspection, emergency call-out, on-site service, battery coding, fault diagnosis, or other related service charges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading eplus-wrapper\">Refunds<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"eplus-wrapper wp-block-paragraph\">Refunds are generally not available once a battery has been installed, delivered, fitted, or accepted by the customer, except where required by law or where a qualifying issue is confirmed following inspection and review.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading eplus-wrapper\">Incorrect Supply<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"eplus-wrapper wp-block-paragraph\">If the wrong battery is supplied due to our error, we will arrange for correction, replacement, or other appropriate resolution, subject to inspection and stock availability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading eplus-wrapper\">Change of Mind<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"eplus-wrapper wp-block-paragraph\">No refund or return will be accepted for change of mind after service has been completed, a battery has been installed, or a technician has been dispatched, unless otherwise determined at our sole discretion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading eplus-wrapper\">Used, Installed, or Special Order Items<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"eplus-wrapper wp-block-paragraph\">Used, installed, fitted, or specially ordered batteries are not returnable except where a valid warranty issue is confirmed or where required by law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading eplus-wrapper\">Final Assessment<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"eplus-wrapper wp-block-paragraph\">All refund and warranty requests are subject to inspection, technical findings, supplier guidelines, product condition, and service records.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"eplus-wrapper wp-block-paragraph\">Our decision, or the relevant supplier\u2019s or manufacturer\u2019s decision where applicable, shall be final in relation to
