Quotations and Pricing
Prices may vary depending on vehicle model, battery type, battery size, service location, and service requirements.
Any quotation provided is based on the information available at the time of enquiry and may be revised if the actual vehicle condition, battery requirement, or service scope differs.
Customer Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including vehicle details, location details, and service requirements.
We are not responsible for delays, incorrect battery recommendations, or additional charges arising from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the customer.
On-Site and Walk-In Services
We provide both on-site and walk-in services, subject to availability.
Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and lawful access to the vehicle and service location.
Battery Recommendation and Compatibility
Battery recommendations are made based on vehicle requirements, technical information, and product availability.
Final battery selection is subject to compatibility, stock availability, and customer approval.
Coding and Diagnostic Services
Battery coding, fault code diagnosis, and related technical services are available only for selected vehicles and are subject to technical compatibility.
Battery replacement or coding does not guarantee resolution of all vehicle electrical, starting, or warning system issues, particularly where there are pre-existing faults unrelated to the battery.
Payments
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in advance.
We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or withhold service where payment terms are not accepted.
Cancellations
If a customer cancels after a technician has been dispatched or resources have been allocated, we reserve the right to charge a reasonable call-out, transport, inspection, or service fee.
